To register, please fill in the form below and click on Submit. You may also e-mail us at addresses below and register directly. Tuition fees are: $5,595(USD) for one company employee; $5,495(USD) if registering two to four from the same company; $5,395(USD) per person for five or more enrolling from one company. If single room is requested, please add $200 per night for each person based on space available. Beginning March 1 full payment is due within 15 days of enrollment. Cancellations accepted until April 1, 2009, but a processing fee of $3,000 will be charged per participant. No refunds can be made after April 1, 2009, but substitutions are allowed anytime up to one week before course begins. Wire transfer of funds is preferred method of payment and bank information will be included in invoice. Late fee may apply if deadline for payment not met.
